  • Increasing the revenue growth rate of Muong Thanh Luxury Vientiane by 150% over the previous year and being the Hotel with highest growth rate among the 53 hotels of Muong Thanh Group in 2018, Best OTA segment management award in 2020.
  • Leading Muong Thanh Luxury Vientiane Hotel internal departments to improve overall operation and service quality (received Certificate of Excellence from Tripadvisor in 2019,2020,2021,2022; top 3 hotels with the best customer service in Muong Thanh Group in 2022...). Changing business model and focusing on specific customer segmentation and targets to maximize human and marketing resources.
