With my Non NVQ certificate in Health and social care, First Aid, AED and CPR, understanding of medications and care giving skills in dementia, I can deliver a very high-quality service in all areas of health care, with strong communication and multidisciplinary team collaborations while also adhering to policies and procedures. I am also committed to continuous learning and reflective practice to ensure that my skills remain effective, efficient and responsive to the evolving needs within the health and social care sector.
