Throughout my years of High School and my Freshman year of college, I have accomplished many things. During High School, I kept an average of at least a 3.5 GPA for four years. Also, I was a part of a few clubs. The Black History club was important because I went to a school with people who didn't look like me. Another club I participated in was Beta due to my a great GPA. It allowed me to go to conventions and get tons of community service. From volunteering at the food bank, dog sitting, going to the Boys and Girls Club, and more. Then, I finally got my first job in the 10th grade at Sonic. I kept this job up until leaving for college in August. I started as a middle worker and learned how to carhop and step into the kitchen when needed. Due to me becoming so advanced, I became a manager. Also, throughout the summers of High School, I worked as a Boys and Girls Club mentor. This was very fun, also, because I used to be a camper years ago. So it is nice to give these kids someone to look up to while having fun. I also volunteered at hospitals to get the feeling of being a nurse, which is what I am in college for at the University of Louisiana of Lafayette.
