Pharmacy Technician with one year experience in an anticoagulation clinic, six years experience in a Centralized Renewal Center, two years Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy experience, combined with 18 years of retail management and retail pharmacy experience. I am seeking a position that will allow me to use my managerial skills and take on a role with more responsibility.
As a Store Manager I was in charge of total store operations. In my tenure, I successfully led the store to consistently achieve 103% of the company's goal profit percentage. I was successful in achieving an average shrink percent of less than 3% (the corporate goal) and was able to remain under or at budget for payroll hours. In addition to the duties as listed for an Assistant Store Manager, I was also tasked with performance management and development of all store leadership, including the Pharmacy Manager. In my time in this role, I mentored and trained numerous employees. Two executive assistant managers that were under my tutelage went on to be promoted into the store manager position.
