The role also involves building relationships with stakeholders like media as well as communities and analyzing communication and program effectiveness through data and metrics.

Managing HR functions and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key duties include developing HR policies, overseeing talent management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advising senior management on human capital initiatives like employee development, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Manage HR budgets and analyze HR metrics to report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Provide guidance and consultation to all department related to HR management as part of HR’s role as business partner as well as a strategic advisor to senior management.
