I started off my Amazon career as a decanter, and I quickly realized that I wanted to learn more about Amazon and their different roles. So I became a Learning Ambassador. While in this role, I trained management from different sites who came to SHV1 to train for ORF4. I trained them in decanting and on the Single Asin Pallet line (SAP). I've completed Day 1 and Day 2 training sessions for newly hired associates, as well as retraining associates. Roles I'm currently trained in are Consolidation, Decant, Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA), The Single Asin Pallet line (SAP). And the new Universal Receive Sort machines (URS).

  • Delivered feedback using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate and build confidence in associates.
  • Supported managers in identifying employee training needs and skill gaps.
