Signal Mountain Lodge is a concessionaire located inside Grand Teton National Park. It is high-volume, fast fast-paced, casual dining. I have worked three consecutive summers here starting in 2024 As a server duties included but were not limited to: Greeting guests, taking orders, regular communication with kitchen, bar, and support staff, resolving guest issues, completing sidework and accurately operating POS system.

The Chloe is a boutique hotel in New Orleans Louisiana. It is casual-fine dining. Duties included but not limited to: Assisting with guest arrivals by providing recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Facilitating communication between team members to enhance guest experience. Resolving guest inquiries and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Operating the POS system accurately to ensure seamless transactions.

Chef-owned, casual, yet refined dining in Uptown New Orleans. As a server assistant duties were included but not limited to: Supporting servers by pre-bussing tables, delivering food orders swiftly and accurately, serving water and refilling beverage glasses throughout service, and addressing guest inquiries about menu items and preparation methods.

McMenamins is a chain of pubs, restaurants, hotels, breweries, and other entertainment venues in Oregon and Washington. It is high volume, casual dining. Support staff duties included but were not limited to: Greeting and seating guests, answering guest questions, effectively communicating with servers and kitchen, bussing tables, taking to-go orders and reservations by phone, running food and maintaining well stocked POS stations.

Toasted subs restaurant and bar. Employees were cross-trained on all positions. Duties included but not limited to: Greeting customers, taking orders, preparing multiple orders simultaneously in a fast paced, high volume restaurant, washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables, maintaining a well stocked line, doing dishes, cleaning various types of kitchen equipment.

• As a cashier duties included but not limited to: Greeting customers as they arrived, scanning customers' purchases and selling memberships, unpacking truck orders and stocking shelves daily, sanitation and organization of front of house cashier stations.
• New Orleans Food Co-op is the only community owned and operated grocery store in the state of Louisiana.

• As a host duties included but not limited to: Greeting and seating customers, taking and reservations and creating the server floorplan, assisting bussers in keeping the dining area well maintained and ready for service, and communicating with kitchen staff and servers consistently.
• Jesses is a fine-dining, steakhouse in Magnolia Springs, Alabama.

• Shop manager duties included: scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, resolving staff and customer conflict, shopping for inventory and making weekly cash drops. Regular duties included: cooking, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, washing and prepping vegetables, maintaining a well stocked and organized line.
• Crepes a la Carte is a high volume, late night, eatery located next to a popular New Orleans college bar.
