Provide operational oversight to the Loan Manager within the Loan Dept. and works closely with the Senior Credit Officer to maintain quality control of the department. I am proficient in loan processing documents through Laser Pro for consumer loans, consumer real estate, commercial loans, & commercial real estate. I have some beginners knowledge in USDA processing. Along in processing I am required to verify the hazard insurance, flood insurance (if applicable), title insurance, appraisal review, loan to value, verifying approval, policy exceptions, etc. I am responsible for Boarding the loan once it closes to our core system which is Horizon and adding all exceptions to the system, then putting the file together. I am also responsible for balancing/reconciling General Ledgers of loans and Accounts Payables for loans. I balance Loan Settlement, Unposted Item Report, & Return Item Report. I process participation payments and I process all participation loans. I run UCC/Mortgage ReInscription Reports then process any continuations or reinscriptions that need to be processed. Process loan payments and review the loan payment report to ensure payments posted accurately. Verify draw request for accuracy before funding. Work with TEJ for insurance accuracy and compliance. Run escrow analysis, disbursements, and checks. Review file maintenance & loan notices. I notarize all releases for the bank. I received my notary license in 2005. I read all the releases from Laser Pro & FISC and let the Chief Credit Officer know what changes I feel need to be made.
