Initially hired as overnight Store Associate (9 PM - 6 AM), responsible for store upkeep, restock, and preparing store for next workday. Promoted to Shift Supervisor, which meant increased duties, cash depositing, resolving customer concerns, and more. Transitioned to day shift after 8 months, taking on increased customer service duties, and handling more complex operations.
