  • In this position, I am responsible for all Accounts Receivables
  • This entails receiving all invoices, 'Coding' the invoices to be paid out of the correct account allocated in our annual budget as well as researching that all charges are correct and a check is to be cut to pay balances owed
  • For a property of this size, we receive upwards of 150 invoices per month, including recurring
  • I also am responsible for processing all payments to our property which entails remote bank deposits to the proper accounts
  • Performing weekly Bank Account Reconciliations for all 3 Phases and their separate accounts
  • As well as performing multiple required monthly reports
  • I am also responsible for inspecting all Move-In's to ensure the highest standard is being provided to the potential resident as well as ensuring the apartment will pass the HUD Reac standards
  • I also inspect and process all Move-Out Statements which charge the prior tenant for any damages, cleaning fees as well as upholding the Lease Agreement Standards in regards to Reletting Fees and if any Improper Notice fees shall be charged
  • I assign a Work Order Priority List that is in compliance with Corporate Policy to ensure all work requests are completed in a timely manner and are in order of importance
  • I also place and keep track of all orders that are needed for the property
  • This requires basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and tools
  • I approve Employee Time Cards for our Property
  • I also perform Evictions and hold the required Power of Attorney for the Property
  • I schedule any outside vendors needed
  • Any Resident issues are escalated to me first to be resolved
