• In charge of a 7 bed Pediatric Unit with an LPN or PCA. Responsible for assignments and total care.
• I worked 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. three nights per week.

• Mended RN and PCA relationships

• Worked 7p-7a Fri-Sun alongside a PCA with 6-7 rehab patients, passing meds and monitoring assigned treatments per doctor's orders.
• Rehab had no admits at night

• Coordinate nursing tasks with the PCA to provide comprehensive patient care for 8 to 9 patients (3) 12hr Weekend nights
• Meditech computer charting

• Ensured high-quality care for varying patient loads and oversaw unit operations periodically.
• Managed ventilators, a variety of IV infusions and drips.
• Administered medical support for diverse health issues including meningitis, pulmonary dysplasia, and other complex conditions.

• CHNO included inpatient care of up to 8 patients with a variety of infant / toddler admissions. 12hr nights, 3 days/week.
• At the Indian Reservation, I worked M-F, administered vaccinations, antibiotics, and started IVs for admits.
