Tawain Gonzales-Crockett

I am a hard-working professional consistently praised as proactive by my co-workers and principals. Throughout my 10-year education career, I've developed a skill set directly relevant to a classroom teacher by using data to motivate my students and to drive my lessons. I have worked in the charter school system as a Pre-Kindergarten Paraprofessional and have been appointed the Lead Teacher role in grades 1st, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade throughout my years in education. I am an energetic educator who enjoys building relationships and rapport with my students and their families. I am very passionate about educating future leaders; therefore, I am seeking to strengthen my abilities to educate in a rigorous and highly motivated school where the students are the main priority.
