Performing physician ordered specimen collections from patients for required tests. Obtaining physician consult notes, and arranging referrals to specialists. Reviewing and obtaining pre authorizations when needed for services or procedures for appropriate care and following guidelines and policies for Medicaid, Medicare and Private Insurance. Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment necessary for clinic operations. Planning, analyzing and coordinating administrative activities to effectively organize clinic activities.
