  • Work with upper management, vendors, and clients to coordinate the logistics of procuring the materials needed by our client and getting the material to the units that need it within the timeframe for the maintenance projects and critical path work to be completed within the scheduled time
  • Work closely with Shell Offshore Personnel coordinating the deliveries of their material to the offshore warehouses, working extensively in SAP, SCV and JDA for all of our inventory tracking, writing PO's for material, ensuring that all material is received and distributed in a timely manner by the receiving team
  • On call work 24hrs a day 7 days a month which I must coordinate with our transportation company to schedule and secure trucks to come and pick up any material that the Offshore platform needs, then I have to coordinate with the control tower to get the material from the port to the platform, basically when you are on call you handle all logistics for these platforms to get their material and you fix problems as they arise
