Get the crew together and go over the JSA before we start work. Talk with the surveyor to see where we are going to drive pile in the ground. Position the equipment where it’s the easiest for us to work and it’s not in the way of other crews. Do torque logs so the pile is the right depth n torque it needs to be. Keep count of our materials. Offload materials from trucks.

• Rig loads and piles to the crane or leads
• Replace generators, pumps, valves, 2in to 12in piping and destroyed foundations
• Build docks, platforms and keyways

• Started off as a regular laborer
• Controlling traffic
• Clearing specific areas that was going to be under construction
• Making sure crews had water and ice
• Making sure generator lights was turned on and off before and after night shift

• Brought crews to their destinations

• Brought labor crews different things to hydrate themselves

• Drill holes for the poles
• Put up gates and fence where told to
• Take down fence after certain areas was done in pant
• Put up commercial and residential fence
