- Worked Hurricane Zeta in Louisiana on a State Farm Deployment.
- Worked Hurricane Ida in Louisiana on multiple Carrier accounts including, Horace Mann, Liberty Mutual and UPC. In the following months, I completed a large number of supplemental and complex loss claims.
- Worked Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers, Florida on multiple Carrier accounts. Completed a Large number of large loss claims in the clean up phrase of the storm.
- Handpicked to become part of the Florida Citizens ADR(alternative dispute resolution) team in order to settle Litigated and investigate FNOL claims.
- FNOL: Tasked with Investigating First Notice of Loss claims that are reported after the allotted reasonable time for filing a claim post storm. This includes thoroughly documenting the properties and taking recorded statements for the Carrier to make a coverage determination.
- Depositions: Experienced in providing depositions based on inspections performed and information gather.
- Appraisal: Tasked with completing an independent review of all insured and insurer claim information in determining a fair loss settlement to avoid litigation. This process includes thorough documentation review, record keeping, code knowledge and negotiations in order to produce an award.
