- Summarize daily production report and present it on morning meeting.

- Arrange production plan and estimate in accordance to contract demands and day by day factory's capability.

- Control Final Product, Utility, and Raw Material Warehouse in-out balance and exercise FIFO to maximum extent except for special situations.

- Lead morning meeting, discuss any issue regarding current situation, update progress on any WIP projects.

- Control production from Raw Material until Delivery and maintain/adjust/improve to achieve maximum efficiency and desirable result.

- Discover or help any improvement for Factory.

- Coordinate, supervise, and analyze any plan, projects, issues, or improvement.

- Recap Daily, monthly production, productivity, analysis recap, and other essential reports to Management.

- Discuss with management for important point about any decisive changes.

Arrange shipment, prepare mandatory document, coordinate with production team, recap recent results, study new regulations related to shipment, troubleshoot any issue, communicate with buyer, communicate with government, and report sales/shipment/top10buyer/outstanding to Management and update and chase any AR/Credit limit.

As the first person from Jambi province to make our company registered as certified exporter company on Indonesia's Ministry of Industry and Trade and invited to National meeting of Certified Exported in 2020 Batam to discuss about Several issues regarding implementation of current regulations.

Trained and certified by ISO 9001:2015, 45001:2019, 14001:2015 standard include inhouse training of ISO 19011:2018.
